SailPro AnchorMe is SailPro’s smart GPS anchor alarm—designed for cruisers and racers who want confidence their boat is staying put, without dedicated onboard hardware.

Introduction

What AnchorMe does

  • Set your anchor point instantly using your phone’s GPS

  • Custom safety radius (tight for crowded anchorages, wider for swing room)

  • Audible & visual alerts if the boat moves outside your set radius

  • Background monitoring so you’re alerted even when the app isn’t front-and-centre

How to Use

1. Open AnchorMe

From the SailPro home screen, tap the AnchorMe button (anchor icon).

2. Set Your Alarm Radius

  • Default: 20 meters
  • Adjust the blue slider (20-500m range).

3. Drop Your Anchor

  1. When you drop your anchor, tap DROP ANCHOR. → The map shows:
    • 🟦 Blue anchor marker (where you dropped)
    • 🟢 Green safe zone circle (20m alarm radius)
    • 🟡 Yellow boat icon (your current position)

4. What Happens Now

  • AnchorMe runs in the background (even if you leave the screen or lock your phone).
  • If boat moves OUTSIDE green safe zone: Alarm sounds
  • DO NOT close SailPro completely to ensure uninterrupted monitoring.

5. Stop Monitoring

  1. Open AnchorMe.
  2. Tap red STOP button.
  3. Confirm "Stop" in pop-up. → Everything clears.

That's it! Set radius → DROP ANCHOR → Sail safely.

🟦 Blue anchor + 🟢 Green zone + 🟡 Yellow boat = AnchorMe watching for you.
