Race Control - How To Use.

Race Control - How To Use.

Introduction

RaceHub Race Control is designed around the real workflows of race officers and organising authorities:

  • Create races
Set up races quickly with race names, dates, and event details.

  • Edit races at any time
Make changes before, during, or after an event as conditions or schedules evolve.

  • Manage race status
Easily change race states (e.g. upcoming, live, completed) from a single dashboard.

  • Generate and manage race tokens
Each race automatically produces a unique race token that competitors enter into SailPro to join that race.

  • Race Trim
Trim races to remove non-race data, such as boats sailing to or from the course, or to split a full day of tracking into individual races.

  • Export race lists to Excel
Download a full list of races as an Excel spreadsheet, making it easy to:

    • Insert race details into Sailing Instructions (SI)

    • Share schedules with competitors

    • Archive event information for club records

Race Control works within a normal PC browser so it provides an easier way for Race Committees to create and manage their races
