How do I cancel my Subscription?

How to Cancel Your SailPro-X Subscription

If you subscribed to SailPro-X via the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS), you can cancel your subscription at any time through the respective app store. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

Please note: SailPro does not control any of the subscription process or funds that are withdrawn from your account.  The is completely managed by either Google or Apple and as such SailPro is unable to cancel or resubscribe your SailPro-X account.  

Cancel SailPro on Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open Google Play Store

    • On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Go to Your Subscriptions

    • Tap your profile icon (top-right corner).
    • Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  3. Find SailPro

    • Locate SailPro in the list of active subscriptions.

  4. Cancel the Subscription

    • Tap on SailPro.
    • Select Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

  5. Confirmation

    • Once canceled, you will receive an email confirmation from Google.
    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel SailPro on iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)

  1. Open Settings

    • On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.

  2. Go to Apple ID Subscriptions

    • Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
    • Select Subscriptions.

  3. Find SailPro

    • Scroll through the list and tap on SailPro.

  4. Cancel the Subscription

    • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.

  5. Confirmation

    • Apple will send an email confirming the cancellation.
    • You can continue using SailPro until the current billing period ends.

What Happens After You Cancel?

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You won’t be charged again, but you’ll lose access to premium features once the subscription expires.
  • You can re-subscribe anytime through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
