How to Delete Your SailPro Account

If you wish to delete your SailPro account, follow the steps below. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and will remove all associated data, including race history and preferences.

  1. Visit the Account Deletion Form

  2. Fill Out the Form

    • Enter your registered email address.
    • Provide any additional details required to verify your identity.

  3. Submit the Request

    • Click Submit and wait for a confirmation email.

  4. Confirmation

    • SailPro Support will review your request and confirm when your account has been deleted.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by contacting SailPro Support directly:

  1. Send an Email to Support

  2. Include the Following Information:

    • Your full name.
    • The email address linked to your SailPro account.
    • A statement confirming you want your account permanently deleted.

  3. Wait for Confirmation

    • The support team will process your request and send a confirmation email once your account is deleted.

What Happens After Deleting Your Account?

  • Your SailPro account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
  • You will not be able to recover race history, subscriptions, or saved preferences.
  • Any active subscriptions must be canceled separately via Google Play Store or Apple App Store (deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions).

Cancelling Subscriptions Before Deleting Your Account

To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before deleting your account:
