How to reset your SailPro Account Password.

SailPro - Forgot Password Process

  1. Update the App

    • Ensure your SailPro app is updated to the latest version from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Or visit SailPro Boat-Hub from this link   web.sailPro.app

  2. Open the App & Select 'Forgot Password' 

    • Launch the SailPro app or navigate to web.sailPro.app
    • Tap on the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

  3. Enter Your Email

    • Input the email address associated with your SailPro account in the field provided.

  4. Check Your Email for a Reset Token

    • If a SailPro account exists for the email provided, a 4-digit token will be sent to your email.
    • Check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary).

  5. Enter the Token & Reset Your Password

    • Copy and paste the 4-digit token into the Token field in the app.
    • Enter and confirm your new password.

  6. Complete the Reset

    • Click 'Update Password' to submit your new password, and you’ll be able to log in to your SailPro account with the updated credentials.
